Fig Mayhem
Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Yesfig (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information in Fig Mayhem (the “App”) and at figmayhem.yesfig.com.
You can fly, earn coins, claim daily rewards, and upgrade Fig on this device without an account. We only create an account if you sign in with Apple, Google, or an email and password to use ranked play, buy fragment packs, and keep progress and fragment character unlocks with that account.
Information stored on your device
The App saves local progress on the device, including coins, XP, upgrades, owned coin unlocks, daily-reward claims, sound settings, boss checkpoints, and queued ranked results that have not yet reached the server. Removing the App or clearing its data deletes this local copy and any changes that have not synced. Signed-in progress that has reached our server can be restored after signing in again.
Information we collect if you sign in
If you create or use an account, we may store:
- Your display name
- Email address, if you create an email account or if Apple or Google shares one with the App
- A hashed password, if you create an email account. We never store the password itself
- A profile image URL, if Google provides one
- A provider user ID from Apple or Google, or your email address, used to recognize you on later sign-ins
- Game progress, including XP and level, coins, upgrades, character selections, reward claims, best score, preferences, and boss checkpoints, to restore progress across devices
- Fragment balance, fragment character unlocks, and In-App Purchase transaction IDs so we can credit a pack once
- A session token on your device (iOS Keychain). We store only a hashed copy on our server
- A hashed password-reset code and its expiry, if you request one
Our server and reverse proxy may also record technical request data such as date, path, and IP address, so we can operate and debug the service.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or payment card numbers. Apple processes fragment-pack payments through In-App Purchase.
Ads
Optional rewarded ads are provided by Google AdMob. Before ads are requested, the App gathers advertising consent where required. Google may collect device and advertising information according to your choices and Google’s privacy policy. Use Ad privacy options in the App to review or change those choices. Whether a rewarded ad was completed is saved on the device so the App can grant the daily bonus.
How we use information
- Create and keep your player account
- Show public leaderboards based on your saved progression
- Credit optional fragment packs after Apple confirms the purchase
- Remember fragment character unlocks on your account
- Send a password-reset code if you request one
- Keep you signed in
- Prevent abuse and keep the service running
We do not sell your personal information or use it for our own cross-app tracking.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the App:
- Apple and Google, when you choose their sign-in
- Apple, to verify In-App Purchases
- Google AdMob, to provide optional rewarded ads
- Resend, solely to deliver password-reset emails
- Other players, who can see your display name, level, damage, and campaign progress on public leaderboards
- Service providers who host our servers, solely to operate the App
- Authorities if the law requires it
Retention
Account, ranking, wallet, and character-unlock data stay on our servers until you delete your account. After deletion, purchase transaction IDs may be kept without your player identity so the same App Store transaction cannot be credited again. Session tokens expire. Password-reset codes expire after 15 minutes. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for operations.
Your choices
- Play on this device without creating an account
- Sign out, which removes the session token from your device
- Change your display name in Account
- Review or change advertising consent with Ad privacy options
- Delete your account in the App. This permanently removes your identity, saved progress, fragment wallet, and account character unlocks
Coins, upgrades, and other progress saved only on the device stay on that device until you remove the App or clear its data. You can also email us to request access, correction, or deletion. If you signed in with Apple, you can revoke the App in your Apple ID settings.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should manage sign-in, ads, and purchases. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use HTTPS, store session tokens in the device Keychain, and keep only hashed session tokens, password hashes, and password-reset codes in our database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
International users
The App may be used from other countries. If you use it, your information is processed on the servers we operate to provide the service.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
