Play without an account
You can fly, earn coins, claim daily rewards, and upgrade Fig on this device without signing in. Sign in with Apple, Google, or email only if you want ranked scores, fragment packs, and character unlocks that follow your account.
Accounts and passwords
- Open Account from the garden to sign in or create an email account.
- Forgot password uses a one-time code emailed to you. Codes expire after 15 minutes.
- Apple-only or Google-only accounts must recover access through that provider.
Purchases
Fragment packs are optional In-App Purchases. They credit the signed-in Fig Mayhem account, not the device. After buying, stay signed in and use Sync purchases if a pack does not appear. Apple processes payment. We cannot refund App Store charges; request those through Apple.
Rankings
Sign in before a normal run to submit a ranked score. Practice, character trials, and guest flights do not update the leaderboard.
Delete your account
In Fig Mayhem, open Account and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your online identity, fragment wallet, character unlocks tied to that account, and ranked scores. Coins, upgrades, and other progress saved only on the device stay on that device until you remove the app or clear its data.
You can also email tech@yesfig.com to request deletion. If you signed in with Apple, you can revoke Fig Mayhem in your Apple ID settings.
Ads
Optional rewarded ads may grant a daily bonus. Use Ad privacy options in the app to review or change advertising consent.
